पंचतत्व
पाँच तत्वों का है इंसान,
इन पॉचों में ही है जान।
गर कभी लगे थकान,
हो जाओ गर सुस्त और बेजान,
ज़रा जुड़ कर देखो इनमें ही है प्राण,
उठते ही धरती को करो प्रणाम,
जल से करो दिन को प्रारंभ,
वायु संबंधित करो प्राणायाम,
आकाश की नीलिमा से आँखों को दो आराम,
सूरज की अग्नि से ग्रहण करो कुछ ताप,
यह सब है स्वस्थ देह का मंत्र जाप।।

Dr.Bharti Keshwani, is born and brought up in Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh, India . She is currently practicing dentistry in her hometown. She is a bit reserved in person, so prefers to express through writing and eventually with COViD-19 lockdown , she got indulged in to writing poems.
